Resumen
El texto presenta la elusión constitucional como instrumento analítico de juicio a través
de la cual se puede determinar el irrespeto mediante manejos fraudulentos que se presentan en los mandatos constitucionales, de igual forma se da como una concreta
alteración constitucional. Finalmente, se expone la elusión constitucional en una nueva concepción vía desconocimiento del precedente.
